Important Shop Info
As a safety precaution for the animals inside the shop, as well as our groomers we do keep the front door LOCKED between pick ups and drop offs. We ask that you please call when you arrive to pick up or drop off your pet, we have posted all employee numbers on the front door to help this procedure run as smoothly as possible. There will be no exceptions made to this rule, we ask that you please respect our responsability to keep everyone inside our shop safe at all times.
With the holidays quickly approaching our schedules are packed! Please keep in mind when booking your appointment the times we provide are time estimates, working with dogs these estimates are not always 100% accurate. We will always do our best to get your pet home to you as quickly as we can and guarantee a phone call as soon as they are ready. If you have an appointment or later engagement we ask that you please let us know at drop off so we can plan accordingly!
Your pets health and comfort is important to us, please let us know if they have any food allergies, illness’ (including siezures, diabetes, etc), weird quirks (ex; don’t approach from left side, etc), anything at all you think we should know about your pet, we WANT to know.

CDC Grooming Procedures
As we venture back into the world the CDC has asked we as business owners make it our top priority to keep our businesses clean and our clients, as well as ourselves, healthy.
We feel confident in the cleanliness of our shop as it is a brand new facility and have partnered with Cintas giving us top of line disinfectant, hand sanitizer and plenty of face masks!
We ask you to please follow these simple guidelines as we remember that it is our duty as Kentuckians to keep our state safe.
Call upon arrival for pick up/drop off to be let in
No client stays (this is temporary and will change as the states health increases)
No late appointments - there will be no cancelation fees at any point
If you feel sick or have felt sick within the past 24 hours please reschedule your appointment and do not come in
Remember, we will get through this, TOGETHER!
